Streaming a pre-recorded video on twitch is hardly any different from a technical perspective than streaming your own webcam or a game. OBS, Streamlabs, Twitch Studio, etc. all have “scenes” in which you add various components to, which ultimately get broadcast to your audience. Some examples of components would be full screen capture Open your Twitch app and log in with your account. Find the video you’d like to clip and tap on the video. Then, tap the Share icon and hit Create Clip (for iOS devices), or tap on the Create Clip at the bottom of the video player (for Android devices). Once you have installed youtube-dl, return to your command prompt or terminal. Copy the URL of the Twitch clip that you want to download. In your command prompt or terminal, type “youtube-dl” followed by a space and then paste the URL of the Twitch clip. Press enter to start the download process.
From video player click the cog button and then popout player,after that you can resize the popout video as much as you want. There used to be a way to have windows media player attach itself to your task bar but I think they removed it. My best thought is if VLC has an “always on top” button it would be your best bet.
