Initially, I could program all the buttons for each device properly. Unfortunately, I was not having any luck with using the power button to turn on all the devices together. Initially for the power button if I chose: Auto (CEC) - turns on/off the CCwGTV only. TV (CEC) - turns on/off the CCwGTV only. Chromcast - turns on/off the CCwGTV only.
