On the level of the singleplayer campaign called No One Gets Left Behind, I'm overlooking a village from a cliff with a path leading down from it. I killed all of the enemies in the village with a sniper rifle and now nothing is happening. My team is just standing there in silence and trying to go down the path to the village grants me an angry "You are leaving combat" message.

The fourth gold crate can be found just after destroying the fuel silo. Go towards the construction sites, but notice that building in the picture You pass by on Your way to the target. It stands right next to the tank You encounter here. The gold is on the rooftop of this structure. And the last box can be found next to jeep and destroyed tanks.
