The CB450 is a great bike, but a 1972 is not worth that much money. If it's real pristine, it could go for maybe 2k around here. I happen to have a more evolved and elegant CB500/4 , but still admire those twins. Go here and scroll down for some great insight into this line of bikes.

I think the mass and performance of the 500T as stock are 430lb, 105-110mph and circa 50mpg. At a guess, I reckon this one must have lost at least 50lbs, probably nearer 75lbs.
