I was told by the shop I was buying my fork oil from that they would just use 500ml as the oil comes in 1ltr bottles. (I bought 2 bottles and set it as per the book). I change my oil once a year. Normally in the fall before winter storage. 1. Remove skidplate/ roost shield. 2. Remove sump plug 3. Open oiltank cap 4. Drain sump 5. Wipe off oil from the engine and frame 6. Remove tank plug 7. Drain tank 8. Wipe off oil from the engine and frame 9. Remove filter cover 10. Wipe off oil from the engine and frame
