Hello, there's a common achievement for using automatic parking (Friends are always here to help you) - I suppose that it's rewarded for skipping parking via ENTER key. I did it several times and didn't receive it.

I suppose you're talking about Multiplayer. In this case, it was the truckersMP that canceled this function for loading and unloading, several players have already shown discontent to this situation.
Two things: 1) if do happens the same when you ran out of fuel then you are using Simple Automatic transmission type, change it to at least Real Automatic; 2) there is a not-so-recently added setting inside Options -> Gameplay, look for it and turn it off (automatic parking brake or something similar). #1.
