I've started playing higher quality BluRay rips on the TV and ~70Mbps isn't quite cutting it. So I hooked the TV up to Ethernet. I have the same issue with the same TV from the same Netflix and Amazon smart apps except that my audio is fine, but the video is horrible (worse than standard def TV). I did a speed test on my laptop and it is pulling 200+ Mbps down. Plex share support told me to do the speed test on the TV itself, so using the built in browser I did and it's only getting 10Mbps. Both are connected via ethernet to the same router. I swapped out the ethernet cable to the TV (original was cat 5 but new one is cat 5e) and saw no ZgtLM.
