Short answer, yes, Origins is absolutely worth playing. If you like ancient Egypt and Egyptian lore Origins is great to play. Just running around, scaling pyramids, visiting cities. The story is ok. Starts out weirdly paced but once you past the first bit it becomes quiet good with just the ending suffering some imo. Saves the money of upgrading. The papyri rewards at your current level when you pick them up.
